Jinli Casting foundry is a large professional foundry who has more than 1300 employees, cast iron construction covers 34000 square meters, with annual capacity up to 60000 Tons; and cast steel construction covers 66667 square meters, with annual capacity up to 50000 Tons, the company can produce various kinds of iron and steel casting.

Foundry plant adopts resin sand and clay sand molding process to meet different requirements on casting structure, wall thickness and size. Meltiing process with intermediate frequency electric furnaces makes all kinds of materials, such as grey iron, ductile iron, carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel to get stable effective control.Amd then, the rolling, hangjing and dumbing shot blasters ensure efficient cleaning for all castings in different shapes and structures, we control each critical process strictly by various kinds of advanced detection equipemnt to ensure the quality stability.
